Marilyn Bush

My family relocated to Perry, Florida from Memphis Tennessee when when I was a child. I loved growing up in a small town and cherish those memories and friendships. I finished my senior year of high school in Gainesville, FL then attended Santa Fe College and completed my degree in Elementary Education at the University of Florida. My husband, Tom, and I are big Gator fans and enjoy attending Gator sporting events, especially Gator football games! We have three grown children, 2 sons and a daughter, a son-in-law and grandson. We also have two four-legged children, Yorkies, Tebow. & Cooper. I love spending time with family and friends and love meeting new people. After living in Gainesville for a number of years, Tom and I decided to move to Crystal River in 2021. Hurricane Idalia looked like it was going to make a direct path to Crystal River and we had to evacuate our waterfront condo. We came to stay with good friends in Perry thinking we would be out of its path. Well you know what happened. Our condo in Crystal River was flooded and not livable so we made the decision to move back “home” to Perry. My experience growing up in a small town has instilled in me important values that I carry today which include integrity, respect for others, responsibility, honesty, loyalty, and perseverance, As a REALTOR®, I choose to bring these values to every real estate transaction, with every customer.

With over 28 years of sales experience, I am currently in my 20th year of practicing real estate and look forward to serving customers in Taylor and surrounding counties. I feel it is a privilege to help each buyer and seller achieve their real estate goals and work to make every transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible.
